When did it become your favourite spot?: Since I had a studio at Basis in Elbestraße, 2016-2017

How did you discover it?: Passing by, then someone recommended it

How often do you visit it?: Every 2-4 months approximately

What do you like doing there?: Meeting with friends, sometimes birthday dinners

Why do you love this spot? What makes it special to you?: The food is excellent. I like when the Chinese staff closes the kitchen and sits down to eat but lets us stay, then waves goodbye in an amiable way. Most times it feels like travelling, nicely stepping out of the everyday routine. Maybe also because the visitors are so mixed/ of different origins/ backgrounds

Warum liebst Du diesen Ort? Was macht ihn für Dich so besonders?: Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Ich mag es, wenn das chinesische Personal die Küche schließt und sich zum Essen hinsetzt, uns aber bleiben lässt und zum Abschied gutmütig winkt. Meistens fühlt es sich an wie eine Reise, ein schöner Ausstieg aus dem Alltagstrott. Vielleicht liegt es auch daran, dass die Besucher so gemischt sind und eine unterschiedliche Herkunft haben.
